Fish-1/2 kg
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Chilly powder-1-2 tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Fennel powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-for frying
METHOD:
Clean and cut the fish into medium pieces.
Mix all the powders in a bowl along with a tsp of oil and water and make it a thick paste.
Apply this above mixture to the fish pieces and marinate it for at least 15 mins.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the fish pieces.
